Flor da Vida: psytrance open air in Itirapina, Brazil

Flor da Vida is one of the fixed dates in the Brazilian psytrance calendar. It is not a week-long gathering but a compact weekend open-air: two days of dancing on farmland in the interior of São Paulo state. Most of the crowd comes from Brazil, which gives the event a local, social character. The 2027 edition is billed as "10 anos" — the festival's tenth anniversary.

The festival takes place at Fazenda Meia Lua, a rural venue in the municipality of Itirapina, São Paulo state. The nearest larger city is São Carlos, and the closest major airport is Viracopos in Campinas (VCP). The dance floor is open-air on farmland. In March, Brazil is at the end of its summer.
